Did NOT text/call/or email a reminder to me when I had an appointment. Ended up missing said appointment and had to reschedule many months afterwards for something that affected my insurance!
The PA we saw didn’t listen to our concerns properly and did absolutely nothing or didn’t seem to care about her patients

My kids and I use here as our acute care. We absolutely love it. They listen to me. They treat us with respect. I recommend them 100%. I get a nurse that is absolutely fun and my kids love her.
