Best in class for quality & service My recent experience at Magic touch was very pleasant compared to others. customer oriented service with same day service. Found out that an experienced new management have been running since Nov'08. I highly recommend this cleaner to McDowell Mtn Ranch community.

Go Elsewhere! Brought a 14-month-old Ralph Lauren, fine quality, comforter in to Sandy's -- September, 2008 to be dry cleaned. They took it upon themselves to launder the comforter and ruined it. They have been very uncooperative as far as reimbursing me for the comforter. After showing them the receipt for what I paid for the comforter (and two matching pillow shams) totaling over $400, I was offered to be reimbursed for $100. Not again After years of trying to think the best of this store and giving them chance after chance I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Too many issues and not even an apology. Linda, did they ever get you those lost clothes...

Rude and Terrible Manager Manager advised me never to come back because of my religion. She also told me i was cheap (since i always use a coupon). This cleaners also ruined 2 of my shirts. I would not recommend this location.. there are far more superior cleaners in the surrounding area with MUCH better and more appreciative service

Best Cleaners in Town!! :D I just recently went to this cleaners without much expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The manager was very helpful and competent and my clothing was beautifully finished. The previous reviews on this cleaners don't give this place a proper description. I would highly recommend this cleaners!

Sandy's "Magic Touch" Makes Clothes Disappear! They lost my pants over a month ago. The clerks keep telling me that the Owner will call me. They have been telling me that for three weeks, but no call. I have since found several reports online of lost items at this dry cleaning establishment and poor or no response to the customers affected. I do not recommend this business. There are plenty of other Dry Cleaners in the area.

Great cleaners My clothes were ready when promised, nicely pressed and clean! Alterations was a little "backed up", so simple alterations take a little longer than normal. Still a great job, however. Highly recommend. PROS: good service CONS: alterations overbooked
