I have had a very bad experience at Sandy’s Facial trying to redeem a Groupon that was gifted to me 8 months ago. First, they refused to accept the Groupon early this year; then several months later they said I could not use the Groupon if I had been there before; then they accepted the Groupon; then they said I couldn’t redeem the Groupon by myself since it was for a massage for two. I am so frustrated by this poor customer service that I will not patronize this business again not even for a facial or eyelash extensions.
Scheduled an appointment for a one hour facial. When I had to pay, I wasn’t aware that that I had to pay an additional 3% for using a card. Plus, they were pushy about leaving a $15 minimum tip for the service. I had $50 procedure - I left $10 tips but The lady said I HAD to pay as minimum $15. That’s RIDICULOUS!!! The facial itself was rough. Never coming back there.
I came in for the heads spa service. Yuki did my service and oh my gosh this was one of the best pampering treatments I’ve ever done. I cannot wait to come back.
The services they provide are really good and I’ve seen a great difference from them. My only concern is about the tip, they have signs up everywhere that say that tip price starts at $15+. One time I gave a $10 tip for a $50 service I received, which is 20% and I was called back and said tip starts at $15 and that I cannot give something lower than that. We have massage here over 10 years and they are always doing exceptional services. Highly recommended.
