Phone was disconnected when tried to call
Very disappointed. Poor communication. This bakery was recommended to us for our wedding cake. I called and left several voicemails. I emailed, it took several emails to get a reply. She finally answered a couple of emails and then stopped communicating all together.
I sent an email back in the middle of June asking about a cake for about 12 people for a small wedding in October. A few days later I sent another one trying to get some sort of response from anyone at all. Never got anything. I had heard such great things about the cake, but oh well. Communication would have been nice.
I booked Sandy’s through the catering company I used (Alvin’s Kitchen). She makes her cakes fresh for every event and you can definitely tell! I ordered a wedding cake and groomsmen cake and they were delivered the morning of the wedding in plenty of time before the reception. The detail was absolutely gorgeous and they tasted amazing!
Sandy's Cakes was a dream to work with-- I planned my Pigeon Forge, TN wedding from Alaska and I didn't have a single issue with contacting Sandy. The cake was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... I got so many compliments!! Both the wedding and groom's cake looked exactly like the pictures, I was so impressed. The buttercream was so light and delicious...I still can't get over how beautiful my cake was. Sandy's Cakes is very affordable compared to other bakeries and I am extremely thankful for them. I definitely recommend her to anyone!!
