Terribly unkempt apartments, Bad property Management – Bristol Equities will increase your rent every year. In the past 3 years they have started not only raising your rent but adding a water & sewer charge on. They also raise this every year. These look adorable with hardwoods and crystal doorknobs but are FULL of mold, peeling, chipping paint and cracks.
