I really don’t even want to give her one star. Sandy was my therapist when I was a twenty something trying to figure my life out. What I can recall from our sessions was nothing useful. I gained nothing from our sessions. In fact, she created a wedge between my mother and I that I find it comical she calls herself a family therapist. She convinced me at 22 my mom was “out to get me” and therefore encouraged me to stop all forms of communication with my mother. Needless to say. I wouldn’t recommend Sandy to anyone.
