Sandy went above and beyond what I could have expected as not only a homeowner but also an investor. Investors are not always the most ideal clients to work with and yet she answered all of my questions (a lot of them!), always supplied me with comps quickly, and even offered to come to all of the showings and represent me at auction. Sandy Usiak was so patient, professional and kind throughout the process of selling my elderly’s relative home. She was able to guide me through her expertise knowledge. I found a property for sale listed by Sandy Usiak on Zillow. I called her directly to set an appointment to view the house. She asked for proof of funds because the property was sold As-Is and I provided it . At the showing she came unprepared and didn’t have info about the house and couldn't answer my questions. Regardless of her lack of knowledge I made an offer on the house. My offer was clean, no contingencies and fast closing.
