Honestly I’m very disappointed with the whole experience. We bought a car that they said had been inspected & everything was working. The very next day when I drove it there’s a knocking sound when you hit bumps in the road. We call our salesperson and he said it was as is & wouldn’t do anything about it. So days later we went back up there to talk to the manager & he was unavailable. So we waited to speak to our salesman & he came to us so red faced, defensive & very disrespectful. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet has been extremely disappointing. I spent months searching for a Ford Expedition and worked with a salesperson throughout the day to complete most of the paperwork remotely because I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the Expedition we had been discussing had actually been sold days earlier, even though I had been led to believe it was still available.
