I made an appointment through the GM app for an oil change. Apparently the app glitched and did not push my appointment through to the dealership. I figured I was going to have to reschedule my appointment. Instead, Ms. Connie, Joey, and Denver took care of me and had me in and out in no time. Aweful experience - never use this place...literally paying $200 to get my car out of this place to another dealership - crooks, all I got
I was on vacation when my new truck, with only 17,000 miles, decided to quit on us at the beach—about 400 miles from home. I found the closest dealership I could, and they worked us in right away. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The people were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, and they got us taken care of promptly.
