I have to admit, I was unsure what my service experience was going to be at this dealer after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Towing a fifth wheel RV fulltime means finding a trusted mechanic can be tough. I was having problems with the abs system on the truck, lights on the dash and such. I would NOT recommend this dealership. As a first-time buyer, my experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. First, I was not given the option to choose the car I wanted, nor could I negotiate or select the APR. I was told “No” and “We can’t discuss that right now.” The financing terms were assigned without discussion, leaving me feeling pressured and excluded from the process. I will never do business with them again. After leaving their service dept with my vehicle, my vehicle wouldn't start. My hood wasn't closed all the way and after checking under the hood, I find that my battery terminal was not tightened. I was able to slip it off with just my fingers. Lazy, sloppy, terrible customer service. When I spoke to Greg on the phone, my service advisor I was talked to with nothing but disregard and disrespect.
