I can not speak to the experience purchasing a vehicle but I had a recent experience in which I brought a vehicle into this location for service and the gentleman that I worked with was extremely rude and lacked any tact in dealing with customers. I ended up taking my vehicle to another auto location in Foley who provided outstanding service. I don't know how credible their work is as I didn't even get that far in the process.
If you are looking to buy a new car, go and see Sarah! She was so helpful! We worked with her to buy my first car in 8 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She has remained so helpful even after purchasing the car; she has answered any questions I have about warranty and services packages! I seriously can’t sing her praises enough!!

Avoid at all costs! They sell you a car and no one helps after. Frin desk reception Katie won't help, just transfers to false numbers over and over. No one in Service will return calls. Why do they not care about customer service? Just another corporate conglomerate taking your money. Thanks Sandy
Was planning on trading my 2016 Colorado in for a 2025 Colorado.....until they tried to lowball me on my trade that is worth a minimum of $13k due to a transmission "shudder" that was present off the assembly line and is fixed with a software update - reference TSB #18-NA-145. They offered $8,500 because of something that is virtually free for them to fix. Would NOT recommend unless you want to be ripped off.
