Unprofessional, deceitful, callous! I had a 7:30 am appointment, on Tuesday, I made it clear I had to drive to Michigan Sunday. They said it would take 24-48 hrs for testing. My car said it was an emission problem which I told them. I called the next day still no testing done. The text message link stated they were working on it and estimated delivery would be Friday. Wayne was just amazing. From the time I called all the way through completing my purchase. I called and was transparent about my challenged credit and they were able to work a deal with little to no issues. I went to 5 dealers and they were the only dealership to even meet me test drive a car. Other dealers struggled to work a deal but they made it work. Would definitely recommend for anyone even us with challenged credit. The whole process was an amazing experience.
I had a scheduled appointment for 2:30 to have my oil and fuel filter changed. Arrived at the service dept at 2:15, checked at service desk. Was told to have a seat in waiting area and a service advisor would be right with us. A service advisor checked another person in. Then that was the last I seen of anybody. It was only me and my wife and the other person in waiting area. Kudos to Greg Norris who took great care of us when our vehicle was towed to the dealership after being stranded due to a faulty part. He went above and beyond getting us back on the road.
