Called and emailed for service since they are an authorized StarCraft dealer. The service manager got back to me via email. I requested a tech check my pontoon to find out what was wrong and what was needed. The boat is in the water in Brick, NJ - they have 4 locations in NJ and one of them is literally 2 miles from where the boat is docked. I was told someone would be out that week.
