The build quality of the homes in this neighborhood are subpar. Much of the work is performed by unskilled workers. There is a reason they make having an inspection of the home before closing so difficult, because it wouldn’t pass. The list of problems with my home is too long to list, but here are the photos of my foundation that needed to be tore up to access the faulty plumbing that was installed. This is the worst builder in florida. Our cummunity built by Seda was so poor in contruction, we had lawsuits 10 years later on water intrusiuon and huge HOA special assessments to fix of 25K per home! Poor stucco windows and roofs. We are going to have another lawsuit and we will make sure that this Builder is destroyed by there terrible business practices.

The person at the office was horrible. Have you ever been to a model home where the rep didn't take your information and didn't ask us any questions? I felt my wife and I was pre-judged. I ended up emailing him from the business card my wife picked up at the model.
Horrible HOA!! HOA away- never responds and when they do 100% irresponsible and disrespectful!
