My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Sandy Cotton to help sell our home of 20 years! She gave us perfect advice on how to best market the property, and we loved that she was very "hands on" throughout the process! She gave us great advice on timing of an open house shortly after the home was listed, not waiting until the listing became "stale." She did such a great job that we had 3 offers in the first week! We would highly recommend to any seller or buyer in the DFW metroplex!!

To give a little perspective on my review of Sandy, my wife and I have lived in the Grapevine/Colleyville area for nearly 20 years. We know this market very well and absolutely love it here. In fact, we are now on our third house in this area. We have two boys enrolled in the GCISD school district who have had wonderful experiences. My family would never want to leave this great place. I will never work with another realtor on buying or selling a home. You can’t find anyone better than Sandy. Moving and relocating are so stressful but Sandy makes it as easy as possible.
