Sandy is amazing! She has extensive knowledge of the home market. In addition, she has great relationships with fellow realtors, which helped us get into the home we wanted in Southlake. She was very accommodating throughout the entire process. It all went so smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience! We really enjoyed working with Sandy. We moved from out of state and she was able to maximize our home finding weekend and get us into our dream home in one weekends. My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Sandy Cotton to help sell our home of 20 years! She gave us perfect advice on how to best market the property, and we loved that she was very "hands on" throughout the process! She gave us great advice on timing of an open house shortly after the home was listed, not waiting until the listing became "stale." She did such a great job that we had 3 offers in the first week!
