We would highly recommend Sandy Cotton as a real estate broker. She jumped right in, when we really needed her. She was very attentive to detail and communicated well. When issues arose, she helped us navigate and close them out. Since we were remote, she often checked on things personally. All in all she is a delight to work with on the sale of a home.

It is hard to imagine a better realtor than Sandy Cotton. She has helped us buy two homes, and has sold 2 of our homes. In the latest sale, Sandy guided us through the process of selling the home. She laid out the plan, and everything she predicted transpired exactly as she expected, and she got us a price above our expectations. On the search for our new home, Sandy presented us with a number of homes, that met our parameters, as they came on the market. With the house we bought, along with the other houses we looked at, Sa... read more

A little biased as she is my mom, but she was adamant from the beginning of our home search that she would treat my fiancée and I just like any other client, and I fully believe that seeing how she has worked with all of her clients over nearly the last 2 decades. She created curated search filters pushed to our email for all current and upcoming listings within our criteria. When we found a house we liked, she made it very easy to schedule a showing and would point out the good and bad with each home and the things that may... read more

Sandy is amazing! She has extensive knowledge of the home market. In addition, she has great relationships with fellow realtors, which helped us get into the home we wanted in Southlake. She was very accommodating throughout the entire process. It all went so smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend her if you are looking in Colleyville, Southlake, or any of the surrounding areas. We are forever grateful.
