We really enjoyed working with Sandy. We moved from out of state and she was able to maximize our home finding weekend and get us into our dream home in one weekends. She is very helpful with referrals and gives honest feedback throughout the home buying process. She hand delivered two beautiful gifts to our new home to welcome our family to Texas. We highly recommend her for the Keller, Southlake, Trophy Club and NRH areas.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Sandy Cotton to help sell our home of 20 years! She gave us perfect advice on how to best market the property, and we loved that she was very "hands on" throughout the process! She gave us great advice on timing of an open house shortly after the home was listed, not waiting until the listing became "stale." She did such a great job that we had 3 offers in the first week! We would highly recommend to any seller or buyer in the DFW metroplex!!

To give a little perspective on my review of Sandy, my wife and I have lived in the Grapevine/Colleyville area for nearly 20 years. We know this market very well and absolutely love it here. In fact, we are now on our third house in this area. We have two boys enrolled in the GCISD school district who have had wonderful experiences. My family would never want to leave this great place.
