Tim's obviously very experienced and just a really nice guy. I walked into the store with my Husky chainsaw, because the chain was stuck, it just wouldn't move at all. It wasn't the chain brake! Tim took one look at the chain and said "I know exactly what's wrong!". And he was right! After my last use with a loose chain, the chain was thrown off.
