Tim is the man . I have been coming to this saw shop for many years and I have always received top notch service. Tim always stops what he is doing to help and sometimes just BS. That kind of customer service goes along way. I am not a logger or tree service company ,just a firewood hack. I get treated very well and will recommend this shop to anyone. I hate going anywhere else. No one knows nearly as much as Tim. Very personable and likable guy. I will be going back for everything saw related. There’s a reason he has the best tree guys going there.
Start by saying I try to support local businesses. Few months ago I dropped in to purchase a rip chain and have it cut. I got exactly what I asked for at a fair price but I felt like I was an inconvenience I let that go. No problem probably busy. So today i stopped in for saw repair. I was told 5 weeks it wasn’t the timeline it was the off putting way I was told. Customer before me was attempting small talk.
