Working with Sandy was such a blessing. I had a 1031 exchange to deal with and it was complicated and could be difficult at times. Sandy went above and beyond to make sure we got our house. Sandy was our real estate agent when we bought our Castlewood Ranch home in Castle Rock, Colorado in July 2012. We liked her so much that we also chose her as our agent when we sold it in August 2017. Sandy is conscientious, hard-working, really listens to what you want whether you're buying or selling a home, and she will go above and beyond to help however she can. Sandy is very knowledgeable about Castle Rock, because she has lived there for over 6 years.

We've dealt with numerous realtors over the years and Sandy, quite frankly, is the cream of the crop. She's knowledgeable, responsive, fair, and honest - and simply a joy to work with. I found Sandy while I was looking at properties online. From the beginning Sandy made it clear that she was always available to talk through situations, and look into properties that I was interested in. Originally I was looking to buy from out of state which didn't seem to matter to her. On a random sunday I found a property that looked like it may work. Sandy is amazing! She handled all of our needs and was very accommodating. Found us an amazing home. So fortunate to know her and be able to use her as our realtor. Have referred her to friends and will continue to do so when anyone asks if we know a good realtor. She is the best!
