To be honest, Scott is a breath of fresh air in this business of real estate, which I don't say very often at all! ***** does a very thorough job! He provides lots of pictures and checks EVERYTHING! I wouldnt buy a house without him inspecting it! Very professional and wonderful to work with! Very friendly! Highly reccomend to anyone!

Did an amazing job. Very thorough and went through everything very carefully. Told us what we need to keep an eye on, and offered suggestions for any issues if they are to arise. Our inspection was finished around 5:30pm and by 8pm we had our report. I would highly recommend.

Called ***** (from the BBB site) and he was most helpful and friendly. We're from out of state and just put an offer on a house. Set up an inspection and he met family members there to do it within a week. Got the report - Detailed. Thorough. Professional. Very happy we found him! (Cost is a plus as well!)
