If you are looking for someone that cares about your health and NOT just $$$ then steer clear of Sandstone!! I have new insurance, a tooth that is causing me excruciating pain and needs to be pulled but because my insurance is new and not in the system yet they require me to pay $5,000 up front! I do have a print out showing I have insurance and the effective date etc! No sympathy from them just worried about the bottom $$!!!!!! Do NOT waste your time here!!!! Dr. McKinney is the best! I could not have asked for a better experience with my wisdom teeth extractions. His whole staff is caring and helpful through the whole process. I would recommend Sandstone to everyone.
Had the best experience here! Dr Mckinney was very personable and took all the time needed to make sure our questions were answered fully. Highly recommend him!
The front staff was amazing. Dr. McKinney was so sweet and funny. He's amazing with kids! They pulled my son's tooth today and he is doing great.
I would this place 0 stars but it doesn't let you pick 0. Horrible place, don't go there!!!! They (office people) don't do their jobs correctly, they don't call your insurance place to see if the procedure is actually covered. Or just leave out details like your insurance doesn't cover this. They just look it up online, and enter the codes in incorrectly, so there's no paper trail as to what was really done.
