My grandmother was sent here for a “caregiver break” and the first few days she did well. She needs assistance using the restroom and showering. And she received help the first couple of days but then when the night shift staff changed everything went downhill. She was given too much medication by the night staff and it caused her to have a stroke, but instead of checking on her, the nurse on staff ignored her and never answered her numerous calls for help. I went through a traumatic injury and the staff helped me heal through it all. I'm very grateful they were there. The nurses were always cheerful and the nurses aides and orderlies were promptly there when I pressed the call light button. The social worker helped me get proper after care and head management made sure I stayed on track when I geared off course with my treatment plan. The physical therapy department helped me gain mobility back when by the end of my stay I was walking on my own when I went inusing a walker. Hi... read more

This place is wonderful! Even when short-staffed, the resident advocates are cheery and happy to help. I would feel a sense of relief knowing any of my older family members stayed at this place. One of my favorite Resident Advocates has to be Brooke Turner. She always has great relationships with anyone in her section and is always happy to assist others. She's a fantastic person to have care for your family!
