This is the worst place in the world, the building manager and doesn't seem to care about the people living in this building as much as I'd hoped. It is pretty grim in here. I moved in without seeing my place as my leasing agent got fired/quit and didn't show up to hand me my keys so I had to stay the night elsewhere when I was meant to be moved in. I’d rather be homeless. Speaks volumes considering there are loads of homeless people who sleep by our back door every night.

Been renting apartments in Calgary for more than 20 years. This company truly cares about their residents and the overall experience. They have a 24/7 Customer service line that takes your concerns pretty serious and make sure they get the job done. Very satisfied and strongly recommend.
