Had a very lovely call with Bee from Avenue living with Sandstone Apartments about booking an appointment to check it out, everything went very smoothly as Bee was very kind and helpful
Waited for 40 minutes outside to view a suite. Nobody arrived so I left. Thanks!
I called the Maintenance Department, on June 6th, they said they’ll come the week after with parts, and they never came, I called in today June 16th and told them “there is no point of getting new parts, might as well get a new fridge” had to throw out $500 worth of food that could’ve lasted me weeks, I’m really Annoyed, and frustrated
This is the worst place in the world, the building manager and doesn't seem to care about the people living in this building as much as I'd hoped. It is pretty grim in here. I moved in without seeing my place as my leasing agent got fired/quit and didn't show up to hand me my keys so I had to stay the night elsewhere when I was meant to be moved in. I’d rather be homeless. Speaks volumes considering there are loads of homeless people who sleep by our back door every night.
