Very impressed by the professional and friendly atmosphere
A+ customer service. I truly enjoy Ashley and Jamie, they are just phenomenal. I love how they explain any questions or concerns I had in great detail. I am also in the customer service field and knows what it feels like to put the customer at ease, or make them feel welcome. Just recently my family received calls from 2 of our prior dental practices and asked if we would come back, we told them no, thank you. I made a mistake on the time of appointment and you were great
I'm horrible with names, but everyone I came into contact with was so personable. I was greeted by name and although the procedure was unpleasant, the customer service was awesome. I've only known the staff for a short while, but it feels like much longer. Alex was so patient with me during my procedure; he and his dental assistant made sure that I was comfortable. I definitely appreciated them taking my comfort into consideration. This place is awesome. I look forward to perfecting my smile with you guys!

Very professional, always friendly and comforting, but this has always been the way the office staff and dental techs and dentist have been since we first started our dental services with them.
