Dr. Sands has been the only person able to treat my SI joint issues and help me become pain free. And the yoga classes are intimate and perfect for anyone looking to try yoga in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
Dr. Sands is amazing. Her technique and knowledge of the human body is top notch. If you are sore or in pain, this is the place to be. Just follow her program (at home exercises/stretching & office visits) designed for you and you will feel like a new person.
This business has the most unprofessional and rude staff! I would highly recommend going else where!
She is by far the best chiropractor that I have found. I have a serious spinal cord issue and she went out of her way to get my medical records and a copy of my latest MRI in order to make sure she completely understood the situation as my condition is so rare. She's passionate about her career and lives to help and heal people to the best of her ability. She has worked absolute wonders on my back and hips when other dr's basically gave up on me. Thank you Dr Sands ur the best!!!

Dr Sands is the best chiropractor!! She is very thorough and attentive to your needs and I always feel so much better after a visit with her. Sands showed little interest in my treatment. I was not motivated to go back a fourth time.
