Over the top service. Epi was great and made this whole experience less stressful.
Number one: when I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change, the person that was assigned to me Angel was not too friendly. While I was trying to answer some of his questions, he basically kept on talking and didn’t listen to what I had to say therefore, I had to repeat myself. Then when I arrive at the dealership, he didn’t look like he wasn’t enjoying his job, he did not smile or offer me any water until I was leaving. His customer service skills needs to improve. This service center is a joke, haphazardly put together with 2 brain cells and an extra chromosome, giving unclear instructions that cause chaos and confusion to everyone. They will mail you coupons for vehicle work and then deny the coupons, on top of trying to hand you back the coupons you can't use. Don't bother making appointments because their isn't a single employee that has any sense of document recording or keeping.
