Sand's service department did everything possible to make my service the best it could be. I had all my fluids drained and refilled and got brand new tires all in one appointment. The diagnosis for my shaking issue was complimentary due to the services I had done at the same visit. They offered the best rate, cleaned my car and made everything simple.
Javiar gave great customer service and I look forward to working with him in the future. I enjoyed an ice cold Diet Coke while waiting for my oil change. The oil change was complete within an appropriate time and they even washed my car. Many team members passed me outside and greeted me in a friendly manner. Their location is near the train tracks and I got to see a train passing by (awesome)
