Always have what I need
Very disappointed with the warranty support I purchased front door sill plates from GMPartsOutlet, and unfortunately the adhesive started failing and the plate began coming apart. I contacted customer service hoping they would help resolve the issue, but I was disappointed with the response. I was told the warranty would only cover the part, not shipping, and that I would need to place a new order first and return the defective item afterward.
