Sands Chevrolet are crooks! Danny B***** is the crook rep that swindle me first... Hopefully my complaint is resolved by Derek H***** ServiceDirector and Michael Jajou Service Manager and the list of crooks does not grow. I came in for an oil change and left with a mark up of $5000 with the promise of giving my beautiful 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette in tip top shape. Sands Chevrolet service department is horrible bought a battery from them an on 3 separate occasions the battery went bad they wouldn’t even last a year not sure if there selling old battery or what. Then it takes them 2 plus hours to just to replace it and on the last time my battery went out they said my warranty was up and wouldn’t replace it, said I had to buy a new battery. Michael Jajou and Danny Burgos are frauds that lie they say there gonna get me a replacement battery or reimburse me now they won’t contact me back.... read more
Will never go back and I discourged people from going there they don't care about anything but making the sale they act all friendly and then sneak in extra fees in the contract
I purchased a vehicle that they had advertised for $10000 when I got the information back from the bank they had charged me $16000, how can they justify this. I cant even give them one star!
On September 19 I took my car in for an $ 8.88 oil change as I have done many times before using a discount coupon. The service writer said they would no longer honor these coupons in the future even though they have no expiration date printed on the coupon. I said fine. I am sure they are loosing money at that price unless you have other work done. I have not had any major work done there and the service writer asked me why not. I got a car from sands and they cheated me big time . They traded in my Honda for 14000 and I signed for it. While doing the financing with the bank they changed the number to 12800.. I have been following up for week and now they make me sit in the lobby and disrespecting.. also met another customer with a similar concern.. looks like it is a practice..
I emailed a gentleman, Michael C*****, about the out the door price of a 2017 Cruze. I emailed him because he contacted me after I inquired on True Car. The gentleman then texts me (without my permission, but I didn't think anything of it). I text him to again inquire about the prices of any 2017 Cruzes on his lot; no response.
