Horrible service!! DO NOT GO HERE, went to trade in my car and was told the only car I could get into was a Chevy Bolt EV, I was very skeptical because I've never had or known anyone whos had a electric car, I asked lots of questions at this dealership to make sure it was something I would like but in the end I was sold a car under false pretenses!! This is the worst customer service I have ever ever had!!!

Our salesman didn't know anything about the vehicle we were looking for or vehicles in general. I was looking for a Tahoe with Max Trailering package in order to get the higher tow rating. He told me that any V8 can tow and that the Tahoe in general is capable of towing 12,000lbs which is ridiculous (it maxes out at 8600 if configured properly). By far the worst experience! A few years ago had another bad experience there thought maybe give it a try had the truck we wanted there this time(last time they had to go pick it up and they returned with no truck) sales guy Bill was great did his part with the whole experience. Do not waste your time they lied to my family, changed price and terms the interest etc. Not a good costumer service. They are holding my money putting pressure to buy a car with the terms I didn't negotiate and Im having problems to get my money refunded. I didn't took the car from the dealership its been more than 8 days.
the dealer charged my father 7400.00 dollars for a complete bumper to bumper service. he is 77 years old and drives a 2008 chevy suburban with 50,000 miles. 7400.00 dollars! he is 77, does he really need that much work? all at once? did they ask if he could afford, how much he drives, was it necessary all at once??? i mean how do they sleep at night? does a senior citizen really need to spend 7400.00 dollars on his car for service at 50,000 miles??? they told me it was necessary and not their job to babysit. Do NOT use the finance department at Sands Chevrolet on Waddell! So in a nutshell I got the extended warranty and gap insurance for my new truck. A month later after contacting the loan company (Alaskan USA federal ) they told me there was no form for the GAP insurance. However,I was charged for it. Originally they told me $4500 for gap AND extended warranty... but no record was showing. Don't waste your time. I followed up on the newspaper advertised price. First, I made sure car was on the lot, then, that I would qualify for discounts. I was assured both. When I was there ( Surprise ) , I was told that one of the vehicles was at the Glendale lot. We made arrangements to meet the following day and Oscar the salesperson said he would have the car there. I am sharing my negative experience after o had just shared a positive experience and I have to regretfully retract that. I am also posting this as a time stamp for the events I am currently experiencing and I am still giving this fear the benefit of the doubt that they will make things right. The best buying experience ever. We were faced with having to unexpectedly replace our SUV and had no idea of what we wanted. Erwin and Ernest really listened to us, patiently showed us SUVs, talked price and were so respectful when we couldn't make up our minds. This went on for two days and their attitudes and helpfulness never faltered. These two gentlemen ultimately matched us up with the perfect SUV at the right price.
