RecommendedI highly recommend Village Green Apartments and here’s why: the property is run by a compassionate leader who treats her tenants as her own family. Tammy, the property manager, is truly one in a million. She is highly relatable, communicates through text and emails, extremely understanding, and knows how to build relationships based on trust and respect. My two years living at Village Green were wonderful and filled with very fond memories. Again, I highly recommend Village Green, you won’t be disappointed!!
The staff @ Village Green is the best. Any are always addressed promptly even at odd hours. There are a lot of College kids here so the landlady (Tammy) has a lot on her plate, but does an excellent job making sure everyone is taken care of and respected. Ignore the bad reviews on these apartments. They are all from salty kids/bad tenants that got evicted for trashing the place or causing trouble! I've moved here in October 2019 and have had nothing but good experiences and feel welcomed/at home.

RecommendedMy husband and I have lived here for over a year and cannot sing enough praises. The apartments have been very well maintained throughout the years and anytime we need something repaired, Bob gets it done very quickly and efficiently. Jan is the best landlord we have ever had. She's fair, no nonsense, efficent, professional, an excellent communicator, and consistent. We can say with confidence that Amberwood would not be the place it is without Jan. Visitor parking is a joke. There is hardly any parking and if you do park in visitor parking she wants you to park in front of a fire hydrant. There are plenty of open spots else where. When we spoke to the landlord she was rather rude.
