I wish it could be ZERO stars or negative even!!!! Sandra Salinas Property Management in Laredo, TX manage the townhomes I live with my spouse. We went from paying a ridiculous quarterly association fee to now paying a RIDICULOUS monthly fee. Fee is suppose to cover maintenance and fumigation AT THE BARE minimum. At the beginning of 2026 they fumigated for the first time since 2019!!!!!! We have called her office HUNDREDS of times asking to get tree branches cut, the weeds that grow on our gate removed & to fumigate because ... read more
