LIVE AGAIN Christmas is difficult for me without my spouse of 26 years. Dr. Sandra Rahe is compassionate, kind, and taught me strategies to improve my life alone. My crying spells are less frequent and not as often. I've actually laughed again because she has a great sense of humor which puts you at ease. Panic Attacks are gone Panic attacks are gone thanks to Dr. Rahe! She taught me about anxiety and techniques to manage the panic attacks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her as a mental health therapist.
