I guess we forgot the patient is the customer. I was seen and clearly sick. Asked for 2 days off of work but only given 1 the day I was seen. So I went elsewhere and got my time off of work. What's the big deal about giving the customer an extra day to recover. I will never be seen by Sarah again. I'll always do the online telehealth companies from now on since they actually listen and work with their customers. Next time please work with your customers as we do not need you, there are many options out there. Thank you.
