Do not walk , Run away from these people. Rented 1 year with them & they never were all that responsive. hired the cheapest work possible to fix things & will most definitely try to keep your deposit. Returned property cleaner than what it was when I moved in & still got charged a $100 cleaning fee for them to hire they're grandma to come mop the place. & a $280 fee for weeds in the lawn that were present when I moved in. We met Hilda not knowing anything about the home buying process but she assured us from the very beginning! She is very transparent and straightforward and will help you every step of the way. She helped us find the right house and helped make the process as smooth as possible. She has been great to work with and very friendly to us, we really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend!

Hilda is very hardworking realtor and does everything to sell the house such as conducting open houses on several occusions. Would recommend her to house owners who wants to sell. She is an excellent choice.

Her years of experience were made very evident as she knew the steps from getting the best price, as well as all the finer details from securing our mortgage, to getting the home inspection. Simply excellent, very good helper and adviser, allways looking to get the best deal for the client. She gets involved not only in finding the right house, but helping the client in advising how to improve your record in credit. Our experience was very satisfactory, I highlly recomend Her.

I have known Sandra for over 20 years, over this period of time I have acquired four properties with her assistance, that by itself speaks volumes. Sandra is honest and straightforward, really cares for and looks after her clients best interests, it doesn't matter if you are buying a small house or a mansion, she will give you the same great service and attention. I highly recommend her, especially If you're a first time home buyer... she will take care of you...!!
