Nothing but good things to say very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer myself I was very nervous, anxious about the whole buying a home process, but Lisa took the whole weight off my shoulders by telling me what to expect through out the whole process and not just in "realty" terms but also in "lender" terms. Anytime I had a question she would always have an answer. Couldn't have asked for a better agent myself.
Darcy was very responsive and did a great job with everything and was a pleasure to work with in every aspect of process! She even handled things remotely so I could move sooner.
To say that Lisa went above and beyond for my family is an understatement. She was always encouraging and looking out for our best interest and did way more for us than we could ever ask. Her negotiating skills are on point and she is extremely responsive, we probably contacted her more than we would like to admit, but she never let us down or made us feel like we were being intrusive or bothersome. I’m a naturally well thought out person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently unaware about home buying process and wanted to work with someone who communicated well and worked hard.
