She has always been very polite , answered all my questions and been very easy to talk to about anything. She is friendly and an excellent doctor. They see their patients on time and the whole staff is friendly and professional. In these covid times you must wear a mask and they spread patients out as far as appointments go so the waiting room is never full. I don't think you can get a better eye doctor with such a well run practice.
My son was very scared to have the eye drops put in his eyes for dialation. He was taken back about 10 minutes after his assigned appointment time. First, he was in the exam chair and she asked if we wanted to try the couch in the waiting room so he could lay down. We agreed. Then my son was still very scrared and upset. This went on for about 30 minutes. Eventually there are patients coming and going in the common area. Dr. Insinuated I had medicated after I had already provided my private insurance. Didn’t care to look at the documents in front of her first. Made inaccurate assumptions. And when asked for a prescription for my child she was offended said I’m just going to run to Walmart. Proscription was provided but esperance was awful. Would not recommend this lady.
She's never been rude/short w/myself or my children. She's always been very patient & pleasant w/matronly attitude toward her patients. My children enjoy seeing her as she puts them @ ease.
