My dietitian is so down to earth & encouraging. My initial visit I was a wreak but I was willing to start a new life style. By my 2nd visit I felt like home. Love all the staff.
The receptionist are not professional, they don't take their job seriously, I took some doctors papers and they lost them it's been more than a month and they still can't find them
The rating is for office staff, no people skills, they clearly have an attitude. No greeting when you enter the office nor when leaving, no thank you or welcome, ask a question and do not get back to you, and you are sitting there looking right at them. But I do have to say, that Betancourt herself, is by any means not a reflection of her staff. They need to learn from her.
