Very kind and knowledgeable. Easy to follow diet. You don’t feel starved at all. The weight loss starts in the first two weeks. Highly recommended. Go get your weight under control! It’s easier than you think!

Great plans to lose weight and stay healthy. She is simply the best, the meal plans are the easiest to follow with great results.
I’ve called her office several times to get an appointment. They either don’t answer or leave you on hold. I asked if they took my insurance, they took my information and didn’t call back to let me know the outcome. I called back and was left on hold... again. Very disappointed and discouraged by the staff. I was looking forward to seeing Ms. Betancourt. The staff is unprofessional and dismissive. Maybe she needs to re-train or re-staff. What a waste of time and what a way to start your weight loss journey.
I'm thankful for the help of my dieticians they've been so helpful And with their help i am getting back on track and have learned to manage and control my blood sugar levels...
