Dr. Cercantez is an Excellent Dr. She cares ALOT FOR HER PATIENCE . She makes you feel comfortable . Staff excellent staff and listens to the patient and understand the need. I do HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cervantes and clinic.. :):)
My experience with the doctor was great. The office staff was not. They were never available when I called which I understand they are very busy. When you leave 20 msgs and no one calls you back something is wrong. I have the date and time of every message I left. Unfortunately this is Medical
