Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
