RecommendedSPM has helped us get some of our problem rentals into great shape and turned around. A lot of the negative comments you hear are the renters that caused us numerous months of missed rents and expensive repairs due to negligence by others, they’ve always watched out for our improvement cost to get the most for your dollar. Not very happy with how they run the business. I gave my notice of moving and cleared out the unit by the date discussed. After hustling to do so they are still charging me for all of July. So basically they’re just keeping my deposit. The lady I spoke to when I first gave my notice never filled me in on this policy.... not good business ethic
I thin this is the ABSOLUTE TRASH OF SANDPOINT. We have wonderful people in this town that care about their tenants! This old lady and a younger girls ripped my husband and I off 140$ I know it’s not much, however the older lady was so sassy and very short. I was moving from another state and had to make sure everything was appropriate. She made things super bad and frustrating ! And I am from sandpoint I have lived here for years and I know many others that feel the same way! Look up different rental management companies ! ... read more

I had a great move out experience recently with SPM. I made the effort to deliver a property back in as good or better condition than when I moved, and they returned my full deposit. The employees that run the front counter are professional and kind even though they get all the grief.

Spm called us when we were working and couldn't see the properties and when we called we got no call backs.I work from 8 to 4:30 Monday thru Fri and they show properties 9 to 4 Mon thru Fri.I was free anytime on Sat and Sunday but they take weekends off ,nice. So anyway we wasted $70.00 on back ground checks with no help from them and spent almost 3 months living out of our vehicle before we found a place on our own.I wonder if my comments will show up or be deleted to only show the good ones. Hummm

We arrived in Sandpoint and the house we were moving into fell through, so we needed something fast. Misty at Sandpoint property management had us in a month to month place within 3 days. She was great to work with and I highly recommend her and the team there. The neighbors said we wouldn't get our deposit back, but we left the place very clean and got all of it. Very professional and helpful company.
