RecommendedWounded foot became severely infected with tiny pieces of wood from a rotting log. Kathy Robertson did a wonderful job removing them and setting me up for healing. If I get injured again, I will go out of my way to see her.
While on a road trip last week from Indiana to Idaho, I became very ill and my daughter, who is an RN, took me to Sandpoint Urgent Care. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received at this facility. They were very caring, thorough, and did all they could to help me feel better until my prescription meds kicked in. It is very disconcerting to be sick while away from home but I could not have asked for better care from the nurse, NP and Dr. Thanks to all of you!

Kathy Robertson has always seen me in the past. She is very kind, knowledgeable and answers your questions to the best of her ability. It would be great if the staff could wear nametags and introduce themselves whenever they come in. I find it to be very unprofessional not to do this. And I'm not sure if I've seen any of them smile! Not sure where to begin. How about we start with the fact that I listed my one and only allergy on your intake form (a medication) and when I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription that was called in for my UTI, your doctor had prescribed that VERY medication!!!!! And when the pharmacy called your office to request an alternative, they were told you’re “busy” and would have to call back later!!!!! Kathy Robertson is very efficient. She's a Nurse Practioner, not a Doctor. But she knows who/how to refer you to if you have a problem and she and staff are always right on top of lab/xray results, prescriptions, etc. We gave up on a Coeur d;Alene internist's office because it was always a 3 ring circus. This is a good place to be a patient of, they can always get you in. We like them.
The doctors and staff are professional and friendly. Nobody wants to go to the doctors but it does make it easier when you are greeted with a friendly face and a caring attitude.
I'm married to the doctor...so I'm a little biased! You should know..Kathy Robertson handles my physicals and takes such good care of me. She is gentle and thorough. The rest of the staff is friendly and work well together. Yay SFMUC!
