They are amazing! They always answer my novice questions without judgement, they explain thing two or three times if needed, they only have me purchase things I NEED for the task, and everyone is amazingly friendly!!! Additionally, their customers are always more than helpful with tips and tricks to make my life easier as I remodel my home. Its 100x better than the big box stores, and I'm so glad I found this place!!!

Extremely professional and highly knowledgeable about plumbing parts, fixtures, and repairs. I wouldn't send customers anywhere else. I'd give ten stars if available.
Top rated customer service indeed! We needed a sink ASAP & snow (yes snow) delays made big box stores a non-option. We drove in from Charleston on a Sunday when they’re normally closed, greeted with open doors and an easy transaction. Highly recommended to all!!!
