This property is being run into the ground. Management is a complete disappointment, with little apparent respect for tenant rights or the well-being of residents. Once upon a time, this was a well-run building. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The current management seems focused on collecting rent while the overall living environment continues to deteriorate. Please read ! The sign on the lawn that says smoke free building is a lie ! There are alot of people been here for years that smoke in there units ..not right when it says smoke free!! All hallways smell like cigarette smoke all the time .Most units smell like cigarette smoke to . Cause i talked to other people in diffrent units . Second hand smoke is really bad in this building.u will notice in the moring a haze in the hallways . The ventaltion in the washrooms does nothing . Does not even work.
