DO NOT RENT HERE This is the worst apartment i've stayed in in my entire life no kidding. The only good thing about these apartments is that I have not seen any bugs or anything like that but where do I start? The gates are always open and when they are "closed" you can literally push them open with barley any strength. People drive high speed crazy all around the complex so don't let your kids outside. The mail box is so unsecure almost everytime i check my mail my mail box is wide open amongst others and ive brought it to ... read more
Dog fee Doge fee is $75.00! beawar because I paid $90 like application fee and after that they said I have to pay $75.00 for dog per month. Never recommended. Nobody is responsible to correct their mistake and they never returned our application fee back!

This information is clearly shown in our listing, but we regret if it was not communicated to you thoroughly when you submitted your application. Unfortunately we are unable to return application fees once we have processed an application, as the application fees you pay are directly used to pay for the cost of us obtaining credit reports. We hope you will reconsider our property in the future.
Sandpiper apartfments They are great about fixing things when needed. Very nice inside. Just one problem, they advertise 3 pools and only one is in service. They have a nice gym and tennis court.
Ms Wright My apartment is very nice with a separate kitchen a washer and dryer there is a storage closet on my patio.I am close to stores,places to eat and a bus stop.There is a fitness center. I am across the street to the indoor swap met and post office. Whenever something needs to be fixed they are quick to fix it.
