NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS! Jan 18 2025 Manager Maddie / Madeline asturiano makes up lies to try to evict - 3 times since February 2024 ...if someone doesn't like her dogs barking all day and night recorded 9 times after 10pm, Also heard her tell them to high five her after they barked a few times. starts yelling at me near midnight across the courtyard trying to start something with me ..on a Monday -recorded...Wears a sweatshirt that says a- holes live forever in big white letters. What a fantastic place to live! Management (Kimberly and Melissa) are awesome and go out of their way to take care of their tenants. The complex is clean, and the flower gardens are beautiful. No pet rent and smoke free. The complex is gated and everyone gets a car port. I would recommend this place to family/friends!
No pet rent! They say they think it's a stupid idea to have pet rent. This is my kind of place. The location is great, right off beach. It's on the little cul-de-sac and that means that you don't get all the traffic noise. It can be a hassle to get out of the street sometimes. But, the people and the atmosphere are awesome.
Sandpiper The idiot who wrote any repairs will get fixed the next day just shows how ignorant apartment mangers are on these sites. No apartment any place in the country can live up to those standards. The Sandpiper had a fat ugly manager and her car got keyed up on all four sides by tenants. Another time they slashed all the tires on her husbands car. Some people who lived there were great and some should have never been born. And everything in between as well. tts This is a nice place to live. Rent is reasonable. The staff is cleaning all the time from light post to apts, you name it. The office staff is great. Friendly and willing to help with any request. They really do care about you. The best part, they all big dogs/little dogs.
Great Place to Live The Sandpiper Apartments is a great place to live, the staff is attentive and courteous, always friendly. I move away after a 4 year stay and just recently moved back because I missed the friendly Neighborhood atmosphere. The grounds are well groomed and it has beautiful Old trees throughout the property. The management supplies "poop" bags for the dog owners and if you need repairs, they will be taken care of the next day, some things will be fixed on the same day depending on the severity of the repair.... read more
