So my mother, 6 month old babygirl & I needed to move in the Mobile, Alabama area within a certain time frame. We actually viewed a unit VIRTUALLY , paid a deposit & signed a lease at that property. Might be a nice place to live, but I'll never know. I booked a tour a week ago for 10:45 today. Received text and email confirmations. We show up to find the office locked, despite saying they're open from 10-4 Saturdays, and are greeted by a clapboard with a QR code to book a self-guided tour. Turns out my reservation isn't even linked through this service and doesn't exist. Takes forever to fix a problem! Always mark service requests as resolved without even acknowledging the problem! It’s no talking to ANYONE! Maintenance is not up to part! Unprofessional!
