I’m new to the community. As a new resident, there have been several issues of concern as I am getting settled. However, I have to say that the office could not be any more kind or responsive to my needs. Nothing or nowhere is perfect. You just associate yourself with the best that is available. And that’s what I have done with the Sandpiper. It’s a great place and I am thankful to be here.
Came to a locked and shut down office when I had a guided tour scheduled for 12pm and I also left a message regarding questions about the place that hasn’t been returned. How do you get in touch with people here about leasing? Response to Owner: My “self-guided” tour I did the next day as I couldn’t get in touch with anyone
They have a very nice dog park/workout area. Two swimming pools that are extremely nice. Always clean and inviting. The complex is extremely clean and well kept.
I love living here. My apartment is perfect and everything i was looking for. Doug and his team are quick to respond to any issues I have which aren't many! Would definitely recommend living here.
Sandpiper is great place to stay and the management team is awesome!
