Takes forever to fix a problem! Always mark service requests as resolved without even acknowledging the problem! It’s no talking to ANYONE! Maintenance is not up to part! Unprofessional!
I have been helped with attentiveness before & after my self guided tour & Im extremely pleased with how clean & well put together everything was from the pool, interior of the model I viewed, as well as the leasing office & woman who made sure I had what I needed. Would definitely consider the move here if you’re looking.
Honestly a great first place to live. Big space, and neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. Park and pools are kept clean and welcoming. Staff and maintenance are nice too even if they’re having a rough day. Only thing I hate is that I’ve lived here two separate times and our AC hasn’t worked in the last and current unit. Currently 84 degrees in our apartment. Left several emails and it seems like no one really knows how to fix the problem. We moved in with mold in the vents and an inch gap in the back door too.
