Byron the maintenance supervisor has amazing customer service skill, just watching him talk with residents and listen to them and explain what's happening and how they are going to remedy it for them he's an A+ tech and supervisor
Just moved in to our first apartment here a few days ago and we absolutely love it! The move in process was easy and fast thanks Kimberly who was extremely helpful along the way. The Palms at Casselbery is top notch! The leasing office is amazing even though I couldn't get into the place in time I still wanted to leave a wonderful review because they took the time to give me a great tour and amenities where 5 star! And the apartment are fabulous! thanks for everything but I found something else....
