The staff are absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing is quite fair for the size of the apartments. The only critique I’d give is that clothes have been given a burnt smell from all the dryers for the past year without any replacement machines. There are talks about getting this updated within the next few months, but I remain sceptical given how long the issue has been ongoing. I would not have renewed my lease for the 15th time if I was not satisfied with The Palms of Casselberry. The grounds are kept spotless. The maintenance is great including weekends and holidays. The pool area and laundry room is well maintained including 2 grills. The parking areas are well lit along with the mailbox area. Grounds are well looked after along with parking lots which are cleaned every day. Children play areas fenced-in dog areas are also nice kept up.
