We really enjoyed our stay this past week in room 206 of the Sandpeddler. The room was recently updated with nice updates. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but, the balcony view, close walk to the beach & very accommodating staff makes this place a nice location to stay at. Thank you for a relaxing time & your fantastic customer service!

Very disappointed. Our family was visiting Wilmington during November 2017 suite 105. My daughter accidentally forgot her cosmetic bag that was hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we checked out. We called less than 24 hours later and were told that the bag was found and we could pay to have it shipped to us, which we did. Several days later when the package arrived more than half of my daughter's things were missing.... the staff has been unwilling to make any compensation for this loss.

Stacey, I have not said that I was unwilling to reimburse you. The last I spoke with your husband, Matt, I was still talking to the staff and have been even as of this past Saturday. As Matt also knew, my husband had surgery during this period and was in the hospital 5 days. I was waiting to have one other conversation with a staff member today before making a determination as to any compensation. I have been going to Wrightsville Beach for about 25-years. I have been staying at the Sandpeddler for over 5-years now. It is my usual home away from home when I am on Wrightsville. The staff has always been welcoming. My favorite unit is very comfortable & has everything that I need---love the view! On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the updated bathroom. When we are planning a trip to Wrightsville Beach, the Sandpeddler is always our preferred lodging. We've been staying here for around 15 years. It's the perfect compromise between a beach house and a hotel. The suites are always clean, the pool is pleasant, there's free breakfast and wifi, and the beach access is right out the front door and across the street. The owners are great. Highly recommended.
