Tina is such an asset to your practice, when I walked in off the street with my crown in hand, I never told her who I was, she knew me! (maybe that's a bad thing!!) she is so efficient. Back when we were looking for a dentist for our family and making cold calls, it was the friendly,knowledgeable contact that caused us to choose this dental practice.

Dr. Sandoval and his staff are always pleasant and thorough in explanations.
Very nice to be greeted as soon as you walk in the door - and typically by name!! Use of gloves is great but would like to see more hand washing going on - especially just prior to putting on gloves.
An office decor update would be the only thing I could see that is needed. No fish tank necessary... :)
Needed last minute appointment and received excellent service.
Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. They explained my situation and options very well.
Everything was explained to me before it was done and elective procedures were an option and something that was not forced on me.
Jodi is wonderful and the office staff is friendly and helpful.
