I cracked my tooth and they got me in the very next day.
I found it very annoying to have an 8:00 AM appointment and still be sitting in the waiting room at 8:10. I find it hard to believe you are running late already. I have appointments that I have to keep also. Then, my appt. is probably going to get compromised so the schedule can get back on track. I'm also thinking of looking elsewhere for my dental needs. All the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy in their work, which makes for a calming environment; important at a dentist's office!
Billing is unacceptable. Cannot recommend. Statements are not clear, not itemized correctly,do not include service date, and we are unable to use them for Health Flex account because the statements do not meet the federal requirements for submission.
