ZERO stars. Office manager bills to improper party (me for my 25 year old adult daughter) and then threatens collections on me, not my legally adult daughter....yes, they have her contact info and yes they’ve been reminded she’s an adult who’s financially responsible for herself. Furthermore, my family has been with this dentist for almost 15 years and the overall care has decreased...3 of us have had fillings done and have needed to be redone and still are having issues. I feel like they do a good job during the cleaning and exams. My experience with Dr Lundin has been excellent. She definitely listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed.
