Excellent visit. My hygienist Ericka was the best I have ever had. Very thorough and pain free cleaning.
I was taken in a half hour late and my cleaning started 40 minutes late.
The hygienist talked to me as though I was a child about how to brush my teeth, etc... Even spoke to the dentist as though I was a child. I was very put off by her and will be looking for a new dentist for next year.
As always, Tania was professional and friendly as was Tina. You have a good staff!
Receptionist - not great Hygientist - great Dentist - great
Was asked to sign in at computer and wasn't given any direction. Session was actually timed out and receptionist had to log into program so I could update information. Also had called to adjust my appointments two days prior and receptionist Michelle was not overly helpful/friendly. Jodi was outstanding. She did a great job cleaning and was personable. She did excellent with my child as well. As always, it was a pleasure to have Dr. Conroy complete my exam.
Everybody is very nice and friendly !!!
