Jodi was really great. Dr Conroy did a great job...probably one of my best experiences to date. She was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything she was doing.
Mary Ann is the best hygienist I've ever had. She really takes the time to explain things and reason behind it. She involves you in the visit and is motivating. I've taken better care of my teeth because of her. 😄
The Dental Hygienst who worked on me this past visit was wonderful! (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name.) I was very happy to see her since I've had her work on me before and she is always great! She's professional, friendly, positive, helpful and gentle! I never feel a thing! My daughter likes her too. I also like all of the email & text reminders. They're very helpful.
Professional services were mixed; your son-in-law, my new dentist, was thorough, professional and nice. No complaints. The dental assistant, however, was nice but sprayed water on the side of my face for several seconds! She apologized, but it was still very unprofessional.
Everyone was very pleasant and explained everything very well. The appointment was very thorough and went over and checked things that have not been checked in years, this stuff does not get checked when you go to a Forward Dental as I was or any assembly line dental office. The one thing that was not explained when I made my first appointment was that it was not a cleaning appt which I thought it was but they were still able to fit it in. Overall a great experience.
I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but the two receptionists let me know right away that there would be a short wait. So it was no big deal.
The dentist I had (I'm not sure of his name, but it is hyphenated) was really great!
Tanya always pleasant and very thorough
I'm glad that Sandoval is my new dentist here in WI.
