Beautiful facility, state of the art, all personnel extremely helpful and friendly
My husband had a lot of dental work done. And very costly, too! I was unable to attend his many appointments due to my work schedule. I called a few times so that I understood what he was having done and why. I was told "maybe if I want to know what was going on then maybe I should come with him!"We did not have the financial ability for me to take off. It would truly be great if you would automatically send a detailed receipt to the patient AFTER the insurance company had responded with what will be covered and what will be the patient responsibly. Often a patient can file a claim to recover all or part of the cost the insurance company will not cover
I was very pleased with how comfortable everyone made me feel. The cleaning and exam were done very efficiently and thoroughly. For my consultation visit, I really appreciated how Dr. Park explained each issue that needed to be taken care of in a clear and concise manner, and that all my questions were met with patience, and then thorough answers and explanations.
As usual, the entire team was outstanding. Jody and Jess at the front desk were friendly and greeted me by name (Tina was actually not in that day!). Jodi and Dr. Park were great in the cleaning and assessment. I normally see Dr. Romero Shu, but was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Park.
Entire team was great. Can't wait to see them again this Friday for fillings!!!! :)
I transferred my family last year to Sandoval dental and the practice continues to exceed my expectations. The friendly office staff greets us with a smile, communicates our financial information and accommodates our schedule. The dental staff is honest, trustworthy, listens to the patient, explains treatment thoroughly and answer questions that we have.
